The barista wasn't helpful with our order, and the drink was very disappointing. We ordered a salted caramel specialty tea, but it tasted like plain water with A LOOOTTT of sugar—there was virtually no flavor at all. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

I loved the drink, and I usually come in there often but one of the male workers were making fun of me as I was leaving. I didn’t say anything and was really friendly. All I asked was if I added cold foam on my drink to another worker because I couldn’t remember if I did or not. :(

Stopped by while in town and we loved it! I got a blueberry muffin milk tea, which was a flavor I did not expect to see, and it was absolutely incredible. Not too sweet, and the blueberry popping boba was a perfect touch! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area!

Brilliant selection of boba tea flavors, boba tea topping and the boba itself. Great service. I loved the ramen bar implementation. Art on cups was great, the straws are very cherry, I loved the variety of colors. I also enjoyed the self checkout machines. We live in North Charlotte and our boba places are scarce, very far from where this Wilmington location is at. Loved it! Will come back!
